Attorney Christopher N. Luhn

I represent individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small-businesses in strategic negotiation, arbitration and mediation (ADR), and have a solid reputation for results in litigation and trial. I am licensed to practice in the states of New York and Maryland and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of New York.
My trial experience includes work as trial counsel for several firms in New York, work as a Managing Litigation Partner in a large firm, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. I have worked as a court-appointed law guardian in Family Court matters and am a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
I continue to be active in my community and have acted as the President of the Saratoga Bar Association, served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and of the Brain Injury Association of New York State. I am a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Educational (CLE) programs presented by AAJ, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Wisconsin Brain Injury Association, the Brain Injury Association of New York State, the Saratoga County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.).
